I do love the game, it's fun and I enjoyed design the room even more. However that's on hard level that I tried to complete but for some reason after I complete the first stage it, the whole thing froze when I tried to press something there's no response.

The graphics, music, and concept is good. It's one of the few match games that I can enjoy for a long period of time. However, around level 90 the amount of gems for each task seem like an overkill. No more 1 gem tasks, just 2 or even 3 for tasks that seem menial (like calling someone).

I can't find many games related to magic or witches. Which I love.I am ashamed to say I stuck it out for over a month, almost 2 and have completed literally 2 rooms. I will not pay u. You offer very little in almost every aspect of playing this game and it is ridiculously difficult that I have finally just given up. Like I can't with this anymore

Enjoying it so far, gotten further than most similar games, would like game to progress a lit'l quicker, not tied up to 2 gems per task, or two 2gem parts, needing 4 gems for 1 task. But still a smidgeon better than most. Worth a try. Would also like holiday scenery, like halloween, christmas, or seasonal. But very fun& pretty game with the witch & ghost & friends. Thankyou!!🤗🎉👻🎃

Some good story but unfortunately never enough space and some levels too difficult to pass in free play mode , had to uninstall. If you have the space and money , it is a good game. Nice graphics. Game play could be better...more free boosters , more to do , free stuff , ect . The usual issues with these kind of games. Shame I simply never have enough space for things I actually enjoy to some extent.

I love this game, the stortline and graphics are lovely, and you get plenty of rewards. My only problem is if I fail a level, the game crashes, I have to close the app then try again. This has happened several times now.

I'm giving this game only one star 🌟 for customer service because I have written to them 4 times complaining about lost coins and levels that you win but the game says that you haven't. If you play just never buy game coins...I say this because if you lose them you won't be upset about it because they never correct the problem or reimburse you.

these developers need to get their act together. im tired of playing these games and watching the bug power up hit a color block rather than a target for the level. this is beyond money grab and poor developers. I immediately uninstall

I'm in the infancy stages of the game. The colors are really bright and inviting. The games are exciting, challenging, fun and the boosters are amazing! The storyline is fun to follow. I want a wand and bird! Bewitched was my fav show and this game has the same enchantment. Design choices are awesome! Love it!

The game has beautiful graphics and great storyline, but just like so many other match 3 games, the levels become way too difficult very early on! Not enough moves, the boards are terrible, you are given hardly any boosters and it takes way too many Crystals to complete one task. Seriously 4 or 5 shards or crystals to complete one task? Especially after it takes ten tries to get through one level? Way too much, and too difficult, too early on. Sad because this game has great potential

I don't enjoy playing anymore. I understand that there needs to be hard levels but not so hard that your playing the same one for almost a month and not even give you enough moves. If this keeps going on I will quit playing the game. If & when you get the glitches fixed let me know and I might try it again. Thanks
